Who it is for

For a boutique investment bank, an M&A advisory firm or a sell-side brokerage running live client mandates, and for a private equity or venture desk tracking its own deal flow.

Not for a business owner selling their own company, not for fund administration, and not for anybody who needs a data room: a mandate has one, this is not one.

What it does not do
