What this service is

Mandatzo is software for running M&A mandates: the deal record, the buyer list, the stage each buyer is at, and the worksheets that price the fee and the diligence chase.

How we are paid

Mandatzo Pro is $69 a month. You pay us, Ellul Solutions Ltd, and we are the vendor of the software; nobody else is party to the contract.

Online payments. When you connect your own Stripe account and take a payment through a pay link, Mandatzo charges a platform fee of 1% of that payment, in addition to Stripe's own processing fee. Stripe deducts both from the payment before it is paid out to you; Mandatzo never holds your customers' money. The rate that applies is the one shown in your account on the day the pay link is created, and a change to it applies only to links created afterwards.

The worksheet index is a list of every free worksheet on this site with its inputs and what it computes, published as CSV so you can read it without us.

No warranty

The worksheets do the arithmetic you ask them to do on the figures you give them. They are not advice on a transaction, and a fee, a diligence plan or a TSA is your firm's judgement to make.
